"Perfect installation with professional installers. Love the windows and doors. I would recommend to everyone."

"We are extremely happy with our new windows and sliding glass door. Everyone we’ve dealt with -- Adam (Consultant), Ryan (Project Manager), Joe (Crew Chief) and Chris (Quality Assurance) – are extremely professional. We were always kept in the loop for every step in the project. The quality of the windows and door are superior to any we’ve seen, and the care and workmanship that the crew put into the installation was outstanding. We were also impressed that a Quality Assurance manager came to inspect the installation with us after it was completed. Our entire experience with Presidential Exteriors was stress-free from start to finish. We highly recommend this company and will be using them for future remodeling projects."

"NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

"The install was done considerably well but the follow up customer service to repair the doors could?ve been better"

"I have mixed feelings about this job. The company was extremely patient with the scheduling changes I needed to make because of health issues. However, mode of communication was an issue. Kept calling a cellphone, not in regular use, instead of the landline or the preferred e-mail. Installation was timely, as we had the ice storm soon after, it was also a one-man job and I was amazed at the job he did. He was very professional always measuring twice and sometimes more than that before cutting anything, as despite all the measurements done, the inside core of the door frame needed to be trimmed for the unit to fit. Not sure if that is why once it warmed up, first one-side and now the other side, is not a tight as when originally installed. The also is now an issue with the interior frame, the mitered seam at the top of the door has separated. Another issue was this door was supposed to share a key with the front door as both were Schlage locks and can be rekeyed. A copy of the key was provided prior to the job. This did not happen, nor did the copy come back the day of the install, had to wait for it to be mailed to me. The company tried to rectify both problems, the loosening and they key issue, but not happy with their solutions, as one requires me to complete the job, the other is aesthetic... lack of symmetry, no longer smooth frames on both sides . I like the product's overall appearance, and would repeat the business to ensure uniformity, but given the price, I did expected better. Also would not advise using Mosaic, their finance group. I have issues with a company that mails their statement 4-days after the payment is due, even if 12-months same as cash."

"Awesome.
The quality was as good, or better, than described.   No disappointment.  You get what you pay for.
Email communications were prompt.
The doors were installed when they said they would be.
The installers were polite and timely.  It was a late Friday afternoon and yet the man continued to stay at our home offering useful advise about maintaining, and using, our garage doors.  The installers left no trash behind.
We are so glad that we dealt with this small company.

"Wonderful! My doors needed were an odd size but they made them to fit perfect."

"Installed a cabinet for me after removing my old one to make room for the larger refrigerator he installed. The work has been really very good."

"I am very pleased with the new front door installation. I had a pleasant experience with everyone involved: Angela who scheduled the initial visit and installation, Joe who came out and took the door measurements, Randy and the other installer (sorry, I don't remember his name), and Bill the installation manager who came out to address the lock problem I had with the door.
NOTE: Before installer leaves make sure you can lock & unlock the door with and without the key, and that you can remove the key once the deadbolt is in the locked position. Don't just hold the door open & try it; actually close the door and make sure everything works. This will save you a lot of problems.

"The date of the appointment the gutters couldn't be cleaned because it had rained the previous evening and the roof was wet. Isaiah was very accommodating and came back the very next day. He phoned to let me know when he was on his way. When he arrived he got right to work. I am very satisfied with Isaiah's work. He even removed a wasp's nest that was over my front door before he left."
