I had a bad experience with a rude plumber from another company the day before and was almost scared to call. He immediately put me at ease, looking through our list of possible problems and tackling our most urgent (backed up kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and a toilet) so that we could use them again. He even showed me how to set up a homemade fruit fly concoction to battle the gnats that had been breeding in the old disposal! He was able to connect me with another company that handles water damage restoration (American Water Damage is awesome too) to figure out where a leak in kitchen ceiling was coming from. Michael was still here when the rep came and walked him through everything. Micheal went above and beyond in every way. He was very clear on pricing of each element so I could pick and choose what to do first. He did the best he could to save us money. He didn’t mind our messy house, and had a great sense of humor too. I can’t thank him and Superior Plumbing and Drains enough! I’ll be calling him from now on!"

"Mark Bogle came out and went through every question we could throw at him . Very professional and patient . We decided to move ahead with the project . It took a couple of weeks to get on the schedule and we were good for launch . I expected large equipment rolling all over the property . What I got was two guys and two shovels . These guys might have looked low tech , but they came to work . The 5 foot deep , 2 foot wide 30 feel of length channel to the foundation was done in 6 hours . I was very happy and a bit shocked . The wall was cleaned thoroughly and sealed up . French drain was installed and everything backfilled . Weather slowed us down ( rain ) But still it was all a memory in 5 days . Im a very happy and grateful customer . I highly recommend Moisture Loc ."
