"My project consisted of repair of an outdoor faucet and replacement of faucet hardware for an indoor bathroom. The workmanship was excellent and the plumber was very customer oriented in his communication with me during the project. I also was able to ask his advise on another outdoor faucet and later was able to resolve the issue myself!!"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Ruma Plumbing to replace my old water heater. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The company was highly professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. During the initial consultation, the technician carefully assessed my needs and provided me with a detailed explanation of the available options. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently, taking the time to ensure that I was fully informed and comfortable with the decision. On the day of the installation, the team arrived on time and worked efficiently to complete the job. They were courteous, respectful, and took great care to protect my home and belongings during the installation. They also cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done, leaving my home in pristine condition. The new water heater is functioning perfectly, and I am thrilled with the results. The team at Ruma Plumbing did an outstanding job, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of water heater installation or repair services. They are a top-notch company that truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Thank you, Ruma Plumbing, for a job well done!"

"Tommy B was efficient and courteous. I knew who to expect since I got the name and a photo of the plumber in a text. He covered his shoes upon entering the home. He gave the price for parts and labor upfront. He replaced my old sump pump with a new Zoeller Sump pump. As he was working he patiently answered my questions. He cleaned the work area thoroughly. Excellent job."

"I definitely recommend Tommy and his crew. Our well pump stopped working and we didnâ t have any water. Tommy came out and determined what was wrong for free, gave me an accurate estimate. They were able to replace everything that day and get us water back. They were good natured and hard working, finishing the job in the dark. Came back the next day and cleaned out all our faucets, clearing the sediment stirred up from the new pump. All things considered, it was a very positive experience."

"He found that we needed replacement parts. I'm trying to remember if he told us to go and get them at Walmart to save some money but it was fixed to our satisfaction."

"Really appreciated the next-day appointment (on a Saturday) and the high quality Service Representative who showed up on time and completed the necessary repair quickly and efficiently. Really excellent service. Would highly recommend Snell Heating & Air Conditioning for any repairs or service. We will definitely call them again if we need any work on our HVAC systems."

"A few days before the end of the year our HVAC needed to be replaced (leak and mold). After shopping around, we decided to hire SwiftPro for the job based on their competitive price and excellent reviews. Tyler advised us extremely well, spent a lot of time answering our questions and sharing his extensive professional knowledge with us even on a Saturday evening. He made us feel 100% supported and understood. And he even managed to schedule the replacement before the end of 2024 in order for us to get a consequent tax rebate. Efrain showed up on time the day of and spent the entire day installing our new bundle (HVAC, compressor and heat pump.) We could not be happier with SwiftPro's team and are very grateful to have found them. We cannot recommend them enough."

"The original project I hired them for was to replace leaky faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom. Frank, the owner, was responsive and professional. They scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time. Unexpected issues were discovered that required a second trip and additional work. They communicated everything clearly and the additional costs were handled separately and transparently. They also cleaned up after the work was done. I would hire them again."

"Excellent service and professional work. The only problem was a broken sprayer for which there was no spare that delayed completion. The company refunded our extra hotel night and the owner John LeVan came out personally to ensure clean-up was done correctly and that their work met our expectations. This was also the only company of four that gave an appraisal that provided health and safety information on the product and how ventilation should be performed!!!"
