Since I use one floor of our home as an AirBNB, flexibility was also important; a willingness to amend the schedule based on our turnovers. In exchange, I promised to forward our schedule as soon as possible. I love that we have a crew of three or four people. When they arrive, they get to work and are finished in a reasonable amount of time. To date, we have had six whole house cleanings plus an emergency AirBNB turnover.
