"First Response Plumbing was at my home last Monday.Punctual they showed up 30 minutes early.They saved my wife and I $75.00 she had called another company a few days earlier for an estimate.My wife was greeted by their plumber who serviced the call. "Prior to installation, my water heater was old but compliant with local laws and passed inspection. After installation, it failed inspection, and Raider Rooter refused to address the issue. They claim I need an electrician to install a shut-off valve, citing a “new law,” but this requirement has existed since 2011—something any reputable plumber should know. I offered to split the cost; they declined, leaving me with a water heater that now fails inspection. Their contract did not disclose this potential need, which would have changed my review. Instead, they left me with a non-compliant water heater."
