"This was an unacceptable experience and felt extremely misleading. I was quoted a price for a standard cleaning, but the final bill came out to nearly triple that amount. Without my knowledge or consent, they sent a second cleaner and then used that as justification to dramatically increase the cost. At no point was this discussed, approved, or clearly communicated beforehand. This is not how a reputable business operates. You cannot change the scope of work and pricing without the customer?s permission and then expect them to absorb the cost. Because of this, I am formally disputing the charges and will be pursuing this further if necessary. I strongly encourage others to be cautious?get detailed pricing in writing and confirm exactly who will be coming before agreeing to any service. This situation reflects a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. I will not be using this company again."

"Ana was wonderful She came to give me an honest estimate on the Sunday before to the minute she said she v would arrive. She accommodated my work schedule. I had been in 2 totalled car accidents in the past 2 1/2 years and was in and out of the hospital for that time period. I was unable to keep up with housekeeping to the pointvi was overwhelmed. Ana and her 2 other crew came and stayed 5 1/2 hours and did a fantastic job They worked non stop and took no breaks. They transformed my house back to a home Ana is honest, hardwo t king,professional and punctual. I would definitely hire her again and strongly recommend to everyone her services."
