Cameron & his son were very patient dealing with the process and the problems that arose. Excalibur came out a total of 4 times to get things working. They were troopers dealing with the vendor trying to figure out the problem. Ultimately it was a failed motherboard."

They precisely located the access cover and hand-dug a hole only about 2' in diameter, taking very good care to preserve the sod as they started. All done in under 2 hours and we have only a small mound in the grass where the dirt should settle back down in a few months. If we need septic service again, our first and only call with be to A. Bailey. And, they are veterans and active duty in the Army reserves. I'm happy to help support our service members."
