"When my water heater failed, I decided to replace the unit. I received quotes from severaI plumbing contractors and selected Atlanta Tankless and Water Heater. The owner, Donald Rogerson, assessed the situation and, unlike the other contractors, provided me with options for replacement of the water heater. He was intelligent, knowledgeable and courteous. On the day of installation, he completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. Donald is the ultimate professional!"

"Update from 20 Jan 2026: I`ve been a repeat customer of Keep Smiling Plumber, Electrical, Heating and Cooling in the past for several home-related repairs. After having an unfortunate experience with Keep Smiling PEHC during my most recent service, I had some misgivings about the company and whether I would return as a customer. In regards to their customer service, everyone that I`ve engaged with (technicians, onsite supervisor, receptionist) has always been professional and courteous which goes a long way with me. The issue that I had was technical in nature and left me with some dissatisfaction regarding the quality of work. After speaking with leadership of this organization Mr. Powell and Ms. Amy ,I believe that they hold the highest standards and expectations for their employees and ensure that any work-related issues are duly addressed/resolved. I can sincerely say that they have regained my confidence and trust in contacting them in the future for my future HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing home needs. The manager I spoke with told me that there wasn`t any way the damage of the pump could come from the technician doing a drain and flush of the water heater. He told me that it would cost $1200 to replace the pump on the water heater. After speaking with the manager at Keep Smiling, I called another company which I`ve seen before in the community and spoke with a plumber and explained to him what happened. The technician at the other company told me that the pump could definitely be damaged if the pump was still plugged up and not turned off while the water heater was being drained and flush. I called the manager at Keep Smiling and shared those details with him and he replied that he understands what I`m saying but there was nothing he could do about it. I told him that I don`t have any reason to lie about any of this and felt very frustrated and cheated by the fact that I went in expecting for them to do a maintenance check for $59 for plumbing but ended up spending a $1000 for new. "They replaced cast iron pipe that takes out water from under the house, had broken, replaced with PPC pipe, Did an excellent job and ben was VERY professional They did electrical for me before and was awesome as well"

"We had to use this company because of their contract with America Home Shield.  After 5 visits to my home - one of which he dripped the dirty toilet water all over my floor - they refused to write down that the issue with our toilets was the actual toilet and that it needed to be replaced.  Subsequently, we hired an out-of-pocket plumber who fixed everything by removing the original toilets and replacing them with new ones.
Additionally, the plumber came to our garage entry door instead of the front door and smelled of cigarette smoke every time he entered my property.
On the initial visit we also had him look at our hot water heater which he said needed immediate replacing.  We had another plumber come out for a second opinion (before spending $1800!) and the next plumber said that there were no issues at all that needed addressing and a new one was not needed.

"Rooter ProXpress was cordial, efficient and very professional. I hired them to remove my tank water heater and install a tankless water heater. The plumbing technician came out to evaluate the work to be done. He was very knowledgeable and said I would need an electrician. The electrician came the following day and explained in detail the work he needed to do. The following day both the electrician and the plumbing tech came together and installed the tankless water heater. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. I will use Rooter ProXpress for future projects and highly recommend them."
