"They did removal of old broken-down encapsulation, redid, made air-tight, waterproofed, mold and mildew treatment, French drains on two sides, drained cinder blocks, filled holes left from previous drains and vents, installed new sump pump and dug in, leveled-the slanted area for proper drainage, installed new exterior drain, relieved 4" of standing water and established proper flow. PROFESSIONALS TO THE MAX!!! It's gorgeous and clean and brilliantly done. I can't say enough good stuff about Patrick and his crew! Even after traipsing in and out with wet, muddy old encapsulation materials and debris in the rain, they left my place in sparkling condition -- NO evidence of them ever having been there! No cig stubs (they don't smoke), no old drink bottles, not even a cleaning cloth. Swept, washed drive, vac'ed ramp, washed entry ladder. VERY knowledgeable. "the person I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful, nice courteous and I assumed he was the plumber that was coming; toilet was installed crooked the (tank portion of it), the contractor charged 100 dollars more than quoted on the phone due to a part needed from the local hardware store, contractor was cordial and not very friendly, the contractor was making excuses for it being crooked. I did not give approval for that."
