"From our first contact with this company, we were very impressed by their attitude, professionalism, doing what they said they would do. Price charged within local standards and used quality products. They kept in contact with us, keeping us up to date on plans for job. The job had to be postponed for 2 weeks due to constant rain but they let us know in plenty of time to make sure it was ok with us. The office contact, Megan, is very friendly and efficient. The crew that came was super excellent. They went right to work, no wasted time. Kept work area neat, cleaned up after first day. On second day, finished the job and left our home and yard looking better than it did before they came. Our next door neighbor commented that he had never seen such a professional job and group of people. We have mobility issues so they carried the extra shingles to our basement and put them exactly where we wanted them and even picked up some heavy bags of salt for our water conditioner from the local Home Depot and put them in our basement. Cannot say enough good things about them. Our roof looks great, they provided a great warranty and quality product. We have already scheduled them to come back for an estimate to replace our outside steps (which they hauled away at our request at no extra charge) Would highly recommend them. "I found this contractor through one of the Angie's List "Big Deals."  Matt responded very quickly to the initial purchase of his deal (roof maintenance and $100.00 credit for repairs), and was out to the job site within a few days.  He sized the work, gave me a verbal description of what additional work needed to be done and an estimate of the cost, and ultimately completed the work within 5 business days.  Note:  all of this was done by phone and text, since the property is seasonal and I do not live in the area.
I cannot comment on the quality because I have not seen the result other than in pictures.  But I trust that the work was done as described, and would use this vendor again.

"I would never use him again. He says he has done this for so many years. Because I didn't let him come into my house, he was offended. He was supposed to fix the roof, not come in. I was just getting home. I thought he was going to go ahead and tell me what he had to do. But he wanted me to contract to do more work. I said, "Well, why don't you just go ahead and do the things that I paid for?" He said to me, "I'm not afraid to get up on the roof." "That's what I paid for. You're the roofer." I was outside, working. That was another problem. So I didn't come back in the house. I went around the front of my yard. He went up the ladder. I think I was on my knees and before I came back he was gone. So I don't know what he did up there. That was kind of upsetting. One good thing about the roofer that did the roof this time was, he stood in the yard, backed up in the yard and said, "Don't you know the shingles are missing right here?" Why didn't the other gentleman tell me that? So I wouldn't use him. I just don't trust him. He was friendly, just pushy. The price was great. But did I get what I wanted? I don't know. I don't think so. You can't work like that in five minutes. I told him to come at a certain time because I would be gone and he came before I got here. I would tell a friend that you have to sort of know what price it should be because for what he said needed to be done, he charged more for them than they really cost."
