"I have hired Mr.Sanchez for multiple jobs for my house, from restroom to kitchen to outside pluming work. He is definitely someone you call if you want it done right the first time. He responds quick, is extremely reliable, trust worthy, and what a true professional should me. When it comes to plumbers, this is the only guy you need to call."

"Scheduling was super easy. The person on the phone got me scheduled immediately with out delay. Jason (Technician) had a 8-10am window. Called 20 mins prior to arriving. Arrived at 8:30am. Jason arrived in a clean presentable uniform. Jason was extremely professional and polite. Explained in detail the service he provided. He offered me a service plan. This was a great deal and was an easy transaction. He completely serviced my Tankless Water Heater. It is running perfectly. I will recommend On Time Home Services to all my family and friends. This owner has his business running like a well oiled machine. Thanks for sending Jason out to my house. Will definitely only use this company for all my service needs."

"Dave and his crew did a partial kitchen renovation for us. His estimate for project cost was very reasonable and competitive! All work was done in the time frame agreed upon . Dave kept us informed each day of how work was proceeding and what to expect next. Crew was on site each day promptly as scheduled and did an excellent job in clean up as work concluded each day! Quality of work was excellent! I was very pleased with my interaction with all workers involved in our project and appreciated their professionalism. I would highly recommend Dave and his organization. I have no reservations about calling upon them for future home construction projects I may have!"

"Excellent work done, very prompt and professional. Would recommend. Reasonable and affordable prices"

"The tech called to say he’d be 30 or so minutes - which was great, but he actually took over an hour and fifteen. Kind of disappointing because obviously the customer has to put everything on hold until the job gets done. Other than that though, I used Angie’s list and requested quotes from several plumbers and had my mind set on a different one, but icon emailed and texted first (I appreciate texts over any other method of communication). I asked for a quote over text and they were responding in real time with a quote a little below my expectations. Then I received a call to finalize and they showed up a few hours later. The guy was respectful, knew what he was doing, and had it done inside an hour. He did a much better job than I would have - very clean. He explained everything and had me sign digitally (nice) and was gone. I will definitely call them again."

"My wife and I recently purchased a new cook top and wall oven. However, the gas line for the cook top hindered the oven from sliding all the way back, thus it was not flush with the cabinetry. After submitting the issue on Angie's list, we were contacted by Sabir w/ Xtreme Plumbing Services. He came out to our home the SAME day and his office provided a quote the next day. The next business day he and Chris were back to perform the work. They re-routed the gas line to allow the oven to slide into its space. They were professional and knowledgeable. They even took time to clean up what little mess they made."
