"Wow, Angie's list really hit a home run with this plumbing contractor! Super service, from the first call to the final install, even in the rain and during the holidays. I'll be using Chuck and his team for all my future plumbing needs."

"We struggled to get calls back or got ridiculous quotes. David responded right away and scheduled us right away for the next day. He was so pleasant and professional and it was important to me because the work was for my 85 year old mother. She was beyond happy with the service and plans to refer all the people she can from her development."

"Truly a good company to work with. Straight forward and honest with dependable people to help you. I had a leak at my back flow and the county said it was on my side so I had to have it repaired. I called Phillips Plumbing because they are local and a well established company. I spoke with Joe, their Master Plumber. He said it was an easy fix and told me what to do. I have experience doing pvc work. Joe told me that I could do it myself and save some money or they could come out the next day and fix it. Joe gave me the confidence to attempt it myself. With a couple complications, I completed the project myself. Phillips Plumbing even stopped by to see how the project was going and if I needed any help. This is an honest company that cares about people and helping those that need it. I have put Phillips Plumbing in my contacts and will share their information with anyone I know or meet that requires a good plumber."

"The company was responsive and timely. The discussion of cost was outlined (without pricing) where a service would be estimated, then additional costs would be applied if their corrective action failed. When challenged on the effectiveness of their proposal, and costs for services, they recanted and agreed to stick to the estimated price. When challenged on competitive pricing, the representative could not validate charges. I believe the total cost was too high for the work performed. Overall, I agreed to the price for two reasons. The situation required an immediate fix, and EB Plumbing is local to me."

"The service was excellent, very professional. Quick to find the problem, excellent estimate of time and cost. I would hire him again without the slightest doubt and for that I recommend him. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Excellent product explanation; sale and installation!"

"Removed old nonworking water filter system from another company and nstalled a reverse osmosis water system. It works great and the installer was very prompt and professional. Work was neatly done and all questions answered. Very satisfied with the company, the system and their workers. The water tastes great."

"I am very happy with the quality of work that John Smith Plumbing provided. Everything is working perfectly and I know that I can count on them if ever I need any plumbing work done in the future. I would highly recommend John Smith Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services!"

"I purchased a new A/C unit. All went well with the sales and installation. After repeated return visits because the house was not getting cool we came to realize the new system was not compatible with the old duct work. An unexpected and expensive surprise. I felt as though that should have been identified earlier. The management did work hard to solve the problem. I did get additional quotes for the duct work just to be sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I must say that after having the duct work replaced the house temperature in every room if perfect! I am happy with the service I received and would call them again."
