Jose and his employees completed renovations on three floors, including a complete bathroom remodel, flooring installation, whole house painting, including ceilings, and installing new fixtures, faucets, doors, and lighting throughout the entire home. In addition, he took on a garage remodel, power, washing, landscaping, repairing of my brick front steps, and installations of new screens. Jose also coordinated the installation of a new driveway that was very lengthy and steep as well as new sidewalks around the home. Last, he completely remodeled and stained my old, dilapidated deck, producing gorgeous results that I never would have believed possible. Jose is a hard worker and a creative problem solver. "We had an outside door that was rarely used and had developed rotted wood around the outside of the door. Also, the steps that led down to the outside from the same door were pulling away and in bad condition. I contacted John Tate of LMNO Projects and we set a day for him to see the work that needed to be done. He arrived promptly and viewed the work that needed to be done. We then scheduled a day for him to return and make the necessary repairs. John arrived on time and completed both projects. He replaced the rotted wood and removed the steps. Then placed safety barriers across the door. We were very pleased with how professional he was and how well he made the repairs. We would definitely hire John for other projects that we will need to have done in the future. <br />"

"Dave was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive when I contacted him for an estimate. He gave me the estimate and we arranged a day/time to get the work done. He even texted me the evening before to confirm our appointment the next day. He and Ryan arrived on time and immediately got to work. They quickly removed the items that I had inside of the house and then proceeded to clean out the shed, after which Dave broom-swept it clean. They were both professional and courteous.
