"This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever experienced. The company returned my call within 15 minutes after reaching out. The representative listened to my need of carpet cleaning and stretching, provided a reasonable quote over the phone and set up a service date. He accommodated my need for an afternoon appointment. I received an accurate email confirmation the same evening. The service provider arrived within the agreed upon time on the date of service. I removed the small furniture (chairs, lamps, and end tables) but left the entertainment center, buffet table, sectional sofa bed, 2 large chairs, a dining room table and a large coffee table in place. The service provider stretched the carpet, thoroughly spot cleaned (and there were many stubborn spots) and followed up with a deep cleaning of all the carpet. He moved all furniture except the buffet table and entertainment center to complete the job. The living room, dining room and hallway carpet looked new after the cleaning. I asked for the addition of a Scotch Guard Protection application at the time of cleaning and received it. The entire experience was positive. It has been 8 days since the carpet was cleaned and the spots have not reappeared. I highly recommend this service provider."

"The personnel was courteous, nice, and did its job with diligence, but I think there is a problem is with their cleaning system. They put some detergent and a machine is fluffing the carpet. If the carpet is so and so, in the end it will look cleanish, but all the dust, dirt, and the newly added detergent are left in for you to beath in."

"Kris did an excellent job. He was prompt, professional, friendly and thorough. I had two other contractors look at the work and they said the runs (2 runs, 4and quot; each) could not be repaired and the carpet had to be replaced. I was amazed that Kris could fix the runs so well that they are not even noticeable. The restretching makes the carpet look new again. It would have cost thousands of dollars to replace this much carpet. I was lucky to find Kris and learn that it was possible to repair, rather than replace, the carpet. I called him and he was able to get me right on schedule. He came out and he was very professional. It didn't take him a long time. It was really good and it dry easily. He really did a good job.
