"I had a flagstone patio that was sinking and uneven due to subsidence. The company removed all the stones, rebuilt the base with a proper slope away from the house, and reinstalled the stones. The price was fair (I had some higher estimates and some lower) and the quality of work was excellent with a good attention to detail. I most appreciated that Lazaro offered a vision for a better patio. My original request was to just replace the stones the way they were, but he made recommendations on how to improve the patio (with the same amount of stones) that led to a much better final project."

Best Landscaping did a phenomenal job with the design, planning, and installation of our patio, as well as a drainage system to stop flooding in our backyard. The contractors always showed up on time, and left the job site clean at the end of the day. From the start of the project, everything went very smoothly. I was given a very competitive estimate, and the company was always quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. The owner, Abel, was wonderful. He called and checked in often with the builders, and made sure things were going smoothly. When some materials were unavailable due to Covid, Abel worked hard to make sure we were happy with the substitutions. "Removed old concrete patio: This was an old 1963-era concrete slab. Massive. Mike & his team brought in jackhammers and made quick work of it. Waterproofing: Removing the old slab revealed a damaged (and possibly leaking) portion of the house wall, which Mike's team repaired well. Replaced with new patio: Mike's team poured a new cement layer, then installed a new flagstone patio surface on top of that. Also a new step (concrete with flagstone exterior) at the door threshold. They also re-installed an iron railing which had been part of the original patio configuration. The job went well in all respects. We're happy with the team's work and with the new patio. I've worked with Mike and Diversified Contractors several times now. Each time, Mike has had good ideas & suggestions. Each time, his team has demonstrated excellent skills. Again, I'm looking forward to our next project."

"Mr. Lemus has an excellent crew that gets right to work. We had 10 yards of mulch and three yards of Leafgrow delivered that morning and by the end of the day our flower beds were all edged and mulched, the lawn was aerated and has a top "dressing" of three yards of Leafgrow and the place looks fantastic. This was a long day for these guys -- finished up at about 6PM but wow I was super impressed. Mr. Lemus is friendly and very accommodating. His crew is polite and very respectful -- always yes, sir or yes ma'am. Really, I'd recommend them to anyone. The name says it all -- quality work at reasonable prices. Love these guys!"
