Even though it was a very small project (removing a small concrete pad ~20 sq ft), they came quickly to estimate (very reasonable rates), then came back quickly when I was ready for the work to be done. They were here for a total of 50 minutes--but only so long because they had to hand carry all the scrap out up a hill and they helped me gather up 16 years of a rock pile (collected from gardening) and took that away too for me. Would not hesitate to recommend. They are going to give me a quote on leveling the dips and cracks on my concrete front porch and making it lovely and durable with an epoxy finish."

Eric provided great customer service even when he faced a challenge with the permit for the project due to the soil conditions. Eric answered all of my questions regarding the project as he and his staff worked towards completion. He and his staff cleaned up after the project. I have a beautiful patio//porch that I love. "I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. "The work is incomplete on the right side of the deck landing the tape is loose and on the left side of the deck landing has no tape. see attached pictures The top of the deck landing stairs the raiser is down on the left side. see attached pictures. The PVC trim around the posts has a hole and a gap. see attached pictures. And the PVC should have been one long piece to cover the stairs. "
