"It was my opinion, following years of attempting to find the source of the problem, that we had an issue with the drainage of a washing machine. Naturally, I anticipated a major project of having to run a new/separate drain pipe for the washing machine. This would have involved extensive plumbing along with carpentry work to close up any opened walls.
