"I needed a new roof for my 2000 sq ft house. I reached out to Joe @ NML and he really delivered. He came with a crew of 8. It was just supposed to be new shingles but we found mold on the majority of the plywood on the roof. Joe and his crew were able to replace over 50 sheets of plywood and re-shingle the roof in addition to the new flashing I needed around my chimney all in 1 day. His crew was very detailed oriented and EVERYTHING was cleaned up immaculately. I had a pool in the backyard very close to the house and there was no issue with any debris left over. Joe kept me informed on everything thag was going on and it couldn't have been a better experience. "Serge and his crew did a very thorough and professional job in their demolition and removal of my badly-rotted and leaking rubber roof on a back addition of my house. They also fixed a couple of joist/rafters to solidify the roof frame, and then they installed new plywood decking along with an insulated layer prior to finishing with a new rubber surface. All debris was cleaned up from the job, and I'm very happy with the outstanding job they did. The crew arrived on schedule, and did all of their work in a timely and safe manner. "Armao Brothers did a great job on our roof repair. We had a leak coming into the house. They responded the same evening within an hour of our Angi's List posting. They sent out people the next morning! The team they sent out photographed for us obvious holes and repairs that needed to be made around vent penetrations and near our ridge vent. We agreed on a price and they made the repairs that same day. Unfortunately for all of us, the leak was much more insidious. Armao had to return to our house three times making more repairs. The return visits were no charge. On the third return visit a team of two people repeatedly went in and out of our attics and up on the roof, found the crafty leak, and made repairs; this took them much of the day. Each time we had to re-contact Armao, they immediately came out to do more work. The owner and some of the crew did have to return twice to clean up roofing nails in the yard due as we have two dogs and one ended up with a nail in his leg while we were playing.
