"The contractors themselves were nice; however, my contract was not met. my contract stated: 1. The roof will be thoroughly cleaned using a high pressure power washer. 2. Wrap and seal the base area of all protrusions using poly membrane. 3. Resurface the scuppers into their transfer pans using poly membrane. 4. Install poly membrane to the base of the AC stand. My appointment was supposed to be in the morning and they did not show up until 130 in the afternoon and were only here about 1.5 hours. There is no way all of that was done in that time period. I think they sealed only and left."

He came in the day after we called him and gave us a quote to repair the damaged wood, remove the gutters and some sundry other wood that was damaged, supply all the wood that was somewhat rare and not used much in today's construction. He said he would need a day to get the supplies and would start the following day and complete the work in one (1) day.
