We want all the details.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Brandon and Allan came out to do the air ducts - they were personable, professional, punctual, and up front about what I could expect for the outcome. They made every effort to keep the condo clean while they worked.  I was very pleased with the service provided.  If that was the only service provided they would have gotten an A from me.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <p>Then Dave and Troy came out to do the upholstery and blinds for me.  They did vacuum the most of the blinds (they missed 2 in a bedroom) and cleaned the chairs and ottoman.  Everything seemed to be going fine until they left.  I found after they left that 2 of my blinds were no longer working and they had not informed me of the fact before they left. I called to report the problem and they sent another team out the next day.  They were misinformed about the type of blind they were sent to repair and could not do anything about my broken blinds.  However they did clean the missed blinds for me at no charge. </p> <p>They told me that Jesse would contact me about next steps to resolve my problem.  It took 2 weeks and another call from me to get a response.  They are now shipping my blinds out to Levelor for repair at no cost to me.  </p> <p>Everything they cleaned for me came out looking much better, as I had hoped.  Had they handled the problem we encountered in a forthright and timely manner I would have been able to say I was generally satisfied with the service.  I think I would probably hire them again to do work for me - give them one more chance.</p> <br />"

"My dog peed on the carpet so he pulled off the carpet and washed the back of it and got rid of the padding. He came back twice till he got the odour out. He did a lot of work on my carpet to get the dog pee out. I did have to replace the padding. Craig White out of Adriane came out."

"Although the insurance company covered the cost completely, Wayne and Cindy and their crew at Capital Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning responded quickly and did and outstanding job of drying and cleaning my house after a frozen water line break. They and their crew brought in multiple dryers and worked through the weekend to completely dry out the basement and main floor bathroom from a frozen water line break. They clearly knew what they were doing and I would estimate that they saved the insurance company thousands of dollars in additional cost by getting the house dried quickly and completely. They even came back after the repairs were completed to completely clean the carpets. <br />"

"Unfortunately this is the 3rd time in 2 years (different houses, different issues) that I have had to use On site.  This time it was to test and remove mold in my basement but I have also used them to remove water and dry the room out.  <br /> Everyone I spoke with warned me that mold remediation companies would use scare tactics to oversell services and charge extremely high rates.  Not at all the case with On site.  Each time I have worked with Jason who is both knowledgeable and professional.   <br /> Jason reassured me that I had a manageable concern, worked with me every step of the way and made me feel confident that the issue had been resolved without going "overboard".   I appreciated his continuous follow-up and the entire team's commitment to quality.    <br />    <br /> I have referred others to On site in the past and they have all been very satisfied with their work and pricing.   <br />"
