"I had an afternoon appointment scheduled to have my septic tank pumped. Harding plumbing had told me upfront that they couldn't give me an exact time, that they would call me when they were on their way. They did call, showed up around 1 pm. they efficiently found my tank. they had a small excavator with which they dug up the lid and they pumped my tank. ~ a 2 hour process. For what they did, the yard/grass damage was minimal. there is a 4 foot by 4 foot grassless area where they dug down to the tank lid. My wife expected them to use tarps to pile the dirt on and for them to gently save and replace the sod. I'm sure they would have done that if I had asked them to, and I would expect that would be an addition charge for the time that would take. I was very happy with the cost. the grass will grow back I did drag the sod out as they dug, they did tamp the dirt back with the excavator. it takes watering and many days for the dirt to get back to normal even if you hire a professional land scape company."

"Work was performed reasonably quickly with multiple options for me to choose from as far as the expense (fix the issue, fix the issue with higher quality materials or do a repair of the entire line all the way to the street to hopefully prevent any possibility of future problems due to age of the rest of the piping). I chose the mid level work to be done and it was handled within hours of my confirmation of what I wanted done. They called me the next day to secure payment because I couldn't be there personally when the work was performed.
