We hadn't had the carpets cleaned in several years and were worried that the spots wouldn't come out, but they all did. He used hoses from his truck rather than a rug cleaning machine and this seemed to clean extra well. Also, while the cleaning was thorough, the rugs were completely dry in a day."

The first clue of the service I would received was the very courteous, professional exchange with the young lady that answered the phone. I left a message for Mr. Givens to call regarding how soon he could come out. I received a call back within 30 minutes, and scheduled for him to come out today, Friday, October 26. The only thing that will surpass the quality of Jack’s carpet cleaning is his friendliness and customer service. Jack cleaned the carpets of a home that I will be moving into in the next few days, hopefully. There were some coffee, food, makeup stains, etc. Jack consulted with me prior to the cleaning to let me know what he thought he’d be able to get out and what he won’t, but in the end he removed all the stains.
