"TLDR - Took my deposit and NO-SHOWED THE JOB 3 TIMES! All I have is a leaky roof and a useless warranty since they took my deposit and did not bother to show up. I have to say that working with this team has been absolutely brutal from the jump - getting a hold of Evan or even Sydney has been a nightmare. I just bought our home and the warranty of the old owner?s roof transferred to me. It?s a new roof so obviously I would want to work with the warranty; however, this has proven to not be so easy. Our roof had a leak at the beginning of August around our skylights. I decided I wanted to roof over them and called Big Buckle since using another contractor would void our warranty. Not only was it like pulling teeth to get Evan out here to look at the roof initially (I would have worked with another company at that point but since the warranty was with them I felt like my hands were tied) but they ended up no-showing three separate times while having my money for this project. Useless. "

"We hired Red Sky to install a new shingle roof on our house. We interviewed a couple of businesses but Red Sky not only gave use a good price, but the owner, John Camp, seemed like a honest guy. On the scheduled start day, the crew showed up on time and promptly started working. The crew worked for two days. The first day they worked 10 hours, the second day they worked 12 hours. They were efficient and knew what they were doing. They had to bring in a large crane to take the swamp cooler off our roof and then place it back. It all went smoothly. Communication with John and his son Colin was excellent. We were kept informed of what was going on and what to expect next. Roofing crews can sometimes be messy, but this crew was pretty tidy. Only little bits of this and that littered the ground but all of it was picked up. They finished the job on time (with an unexpected rain delay) and they charged us what they said they said they would. Excellent work! "
