"Simpson’s plumbing specialist responded to my request to repair a leaking faucet within 24 hours. He recommended I contact Koehler for a warranty item and after receiving the parts, Kent returned and completed the work. His professionalism and timeliness were noticeable from start to finish. Excellent company!"

"Excellent. Great care was taken when needing to go through inside wall to gain access to exterior plumbing. We appreciate the care taken to make the area on the inside able to be patched and repaired. Work done on time, neatly and cleaned up perfectly. Have used Steve's Quality many times and will continue to do so."

"Superb. Our two technicians Michael and Christian were very thorough. We had a tricky dryer vent, which they figured out and explained to us. Our skinny townhouse is three stories, so they had to carry equipment up and down stairs, which they did without banging any walls. Superb job all around."

"Friendly & professional on the phone to schedule an appointment, plumber Ryan called on his way to confirm the arrival time as planned, got friendly and quality service replacing an old toilet with a new one that I'd bought. Definitely will use this company again."

"Advised there would be a hole in the wall that I would need to repair after replacing and installation. Wish I would have known that prior. Not sure if that is my negligence? Had to run to store as did not have all parts to finish. Advised I would get charged for that? Have not seen the bill for it however so maybe they realized it was their issue. All in all it was quick and we have a functional water faucet.

"One of the best parts about working with Mr. Tapia is his responsiveness. He always texted or called me back. I never had to wait long to get answers to my questions, or reassurance that things were going well. (Remodeling can be a bit stressful, Marco made this much less stressful). He also is very honest about how busy he is and when he can realistically get to the job. When I had to get flooring done by a certain date, he ended up doing it himself to make sure it got done on time. (It has been a crazy summer for remodeling in portland this year with a scarcity of workers). The workers that Mr. Tapia hired to work on my house projects were amazing professionals! Having remodeled a few houses before, I have a pretty good idea of what quality workmanship looks like, and Marco's crew does excellent work! All of the walls in my house are perfect: clean, perfectly textured, smooth and beautiful. Mr. Tapia knows good quality and likes to make sure that all the details of the job are done and done well. The gentlemen that made the kitchen cabinetry did a beautiful job, with a gorgeous butcher block island and each cabinet detail finished and perfect. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Tapia for your next house project!"
