"Very well. They have been keeping the bugs outside of the house, and at a reasonable cost. They are very pleasant to communicate with. I recommend them to you."

"He was very thorough, expained everything, and put the house back together after the bees were removed. He gave me a warranty and everything was perfect! He was intelligent, well spoken, and knowledgeable. I even hired him for another project."

"Found a wasp nest at my house over a weekend, and called Bee N' Wasp on a Monday morning around 9am.  I was honestly expecting to leave a message but was pleasantly surprised to have someone answer the phone and be ready to help me.  The person who answered was very nice but since I was in LB he gave me the cell phone number for Sam, the person who services my area, so that I could coordinate scheduling directly with him.  So I called Sam, again, expecting to leave a voicemail but another pleasant surprise he answered the phone and was extremely nice.  He was willing to come out that same day @ 1130 AM!  I was not prepared for that, and asked if he could come in the late afternoon/early evening after work.  He said the next day would work, and he'd be there at 530.  Also gave me a quote of 125 to remove a single nest + 25 dollars for any additional nests or work if needed.
Next day:  He actually shows up 5-10 minutes early (great!). I show him the location of the nest that I found (plus another one that I saw after I scheduled the call), and he said he'd take a look around the house before starting.  He found 2-3 other nests on the property and told me about them before proceeding to remove them.  This man was very thorough, and pleasant the whole time too.
After all work was done, he gave me the invoice for 150, wished me a good evening and that was that.  In an out in around 30 minutes.  I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.  I wish the guarantee was longer than 2 months but probably not something that can be controlled.

"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"These guys did great. In our rental apartment in Santa Monica, we'd been having a rat problem (outside only, fortunately) for a couple years. They completely destroyed a set of patio furniture, and we were always afraid they would eventually find their way inside. The landlords finally agreed to let us hire someone, and we chose Surf City. The guy who came out knew his stuff, inspected the entire building, explained clearly what he could and could not do (it is of course impossible to keep away all rats from an outdoor space), set out some spring traps and some bait traps, and even hauled away the ruined patio furniture for us. (Thank you!) He came back a while later to follow up, removed whatever he found, and topped-up the bait stations. We arranged for six months of follow-up service and got exactly the result you want: someone would swing by, find the traps untouched, and say goodbye till the next month. The only reason we didn't continue the service is because our landlord didn't want to continue paying. For our part, we're very grateful with the work Surf City did for us, and we're completely pleased with the results. Here's hoping we won't need them again for a good long while."

"They are communicative and professional. Strongly recommended Excel Pest Management."

"AMEN Pest Control has successfully controlled all of my pest problems by identifying the source of the problem and coming up with a treatment solution to keep pests under control. The rodents were because I had added an upper deck and changed the roof line. The trees were close enough to the house that tree rats were jumping onto my roof and burrowing into the attic. An ant colony caused the ant problem in my backyard. When we tented for termites, everyone in CA has to at one time or another, they included an ant treatment because they knew ants arrive to eat the termite carcasses. My mosquito problem was because of my pond and besides the added mosquito fish, they suggested a hanging mosquito repellent that controlled the mosquitos. AMEN Pest Control is the best!"
