"Tremendous experience. The Shake Guys replaced our cedar shake roof with DaVinci composite. Chris Paulus was our main contact and he was professional, courteous, responsive and honest. We had issues with a prior roofer and had to change course part way through the project. The Shake Guys took over and put all of our concerns to rest. I canâ t say enough positive things about this company and the way they conduct business. The crew handled our roof in five days. They worked extremely hard and long hours. The crew genuinely like each other and had fun while they were working. There was a job supervisor on hand to address any questions or issues throughout the job. In addition, Chris Paulus and other personnel would regularly stop by to survey the job progress and lend another set of eyes on the project. It gave us great comfort that so many roofing professionals were checking in on our job. The clean up at the end of each day was exceptional. The Shake Guys use a trailer to remove debris, so you donâ t have a dumpster sitting in front of your house- a nice touch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof replacement or repair. Absolutely top notch and a really pleasant experience."

"Very happy with the outcome. We were dreading this job as we have extensive plantings around the entire perimeter of our home. A tear-off and roof replacement is by definition a very messy job. The crew did a great job protecting and respecting our numerous plantings -- thus we had minimal damage. They spent significant extra effort to haul all the debris across the roof to small landing spot in front. "Infinity Exteriors did an excellent job replacing my roof. They did the following: Tore down two courses of asphalt shingles Removed an obsolete metal chimney used for furnace. Replaced with roof decking Replaced bathroom vent and piping Added ice shield to prevent ice damns Replaces damaged rotted plywood reshingled with Certantee 50 rated shingles Infinity was incredibly fast and accurate with their services. "I hired M Construction to replace a roof that had 2 layers of shingles. The crew that completed the work in 1 day and a half worked very hard and the roof looks great. Chuck, the owner was personable and kept me informed on the progress of the work. I thought the price was reasonable and they kept to the schedule that they told me. Gloria the office manager from Capital Construction said this is not right the way this insurance company is treating us. Gloria became my advocate and fought my insurance company and got them to paid for a new roof. Gloria pursued the claim adjuster and did not let them bully us. Gloria is very aggressive in negotiating with the insurance company. This went on for over 3 months until the insurance company agree to paid for a new roof. Unbelievable to this day what Gloria did for us. So, I highly recommend you talk to Gloria from Capital Construction if your insurance company rejected or low-ball your claim for damages to your home. Note I said Gloria is the office manager not a Public Adjuster. Gloria would make an awesome Public Adjusters negotiating insurance clients claims with insurance company."

"After reviewing several roofing companies on Angi and elsewhere, as well as one family recommendation, we went with Seidel to have all the singles, underlying materials, and gutters replaced on our ~ 25 year old home. The first thing to know about this company is that Udo is a knowledgeable professional who is happy to answer any questions leading up to the job, and assist with things that can be challenging, like getting permits or working with HOAs. During the work he checked in multiple times and even supplied some photos of the roof while the crew was up there, to confirm boards were all OK. In short, he doesn't miss details and does a great job communicating throughout. We went with a higher grade of shingle and supporting materials, and so far (after 30+ days and several storms) the overall quality looks great. I don't anticipate any issues through the coming winter, but will update should anything warrant it. Can fully recommend Seidel and we are also likely to use them for a siding project, based on our positive experiences with the roof."
