It started with our shower leaking and none of the big name companies would touch it, saying that we need to replace the old galvanized pipes throughout the entire house, which of course we could not afford. After learning about Shayne from a neighbor, he quoted us a price that was surprisingly affordable and the repairs, which were quite extensive took only a few hours. He has since, done multiple repairs, including replacing a toilet and repairing multiple leaks. Their work is thorough, clean done in a timely manner. Steve’s brought over a very experienced waistline Cleaning Employee who did I terrific job of descaling the old pipe and saving us thousands of dollars. "I had a 15 year old water heater that started leaking from the bottom. It was a small leak but it needed to be fixed. Tanner came out and ran some tests on the heater. Really nice guy, was courteous and respectful. Turns out the heater was leaking from the shell itself and needed to be replaced. He was able to drain and remove the old heater safely and install the new one in under 1 hour. Amazing job, he even explained to me what to look for in various service situations. 10/10 would recommend."
