"My experience with Shelby Mechanical was great. I will most definitely use them again for my plumbing needs."

"Mark responded very quickly when I posted this job, showed up on time (actually a little early) and was very helpful and efficient. In addition to handling the job I posted, Mark assisted me (or I should say let me assist him!) in completing the vanity installation, including additional plumbing work and general installation. Without Mark, I'd still be trying to install the vanity. Also, the charges were reasonable in light of the time spent and materials provided."

"The best service and Jason was very knowledgeable about plumbing services and repairs. Thank you for your help. Mechelle"

"I had called Pipey when I had an emergency leak under my sink. I got a call immediately within minutes and they gave me an appointment. I got a text that my appointment was confirmed. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Didn’t leave any trash behind for us. While they were there, I asked them to check a couple of additional things and they gave on the spot estimates. Work was clean overall and price was reasonable. I paid them using my phone which was also very convenient for me. Overall, it was a great experience."

"Very knowledgeable and he replaced my spigot and outside water shutoff valve for a very reasonable price. Als gave me information on hydro jetting my main drain for roots in the fall."

"I had been without hot water for almost a week because another plumber jerked me around, took too much time, and kept raising the price. I was desperate. I called Bob and he came the next day. I had hot water again by late that afternoon. Thank you Bob!"

"Mike did a great job and was quick to respond to my inquiries. He came out quickly originally scheduled for a Saturday but had to move because another job took longer. He came out the next day on a Sunday. I appreciate that I didn’t have to take time off work."

"I discovered mold in the lower level of my house. Ron and Dan came out and surveyed the damaged areas. They recommend I get an air quality test, by a third party which I did. Once I got the results of the test, they gave me a detailed and thorough quote on remediation, of the mold and then reconstruction of the affected areas. The work was done by the owners Ron and Dan, and Ron's son Anthony. They were extremely thorough and detailed, took great care during the mold cleanup not to affect other areas of the house. They explained what was being done at each stage of the work and took great pride to make sure the work was being expertly done. After the remediation was completed we got together to discuss the rebuild phase, and took as much care with that as they did the remediation phase. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to have this type of work done, or even just a remodel of your house, I knew I was in good hands with Ron and Dan, and the results proved it."

"New water heater installed in 2021. Passed inspection. Cleaned up after themselves. I always get compliments from other professional installers that the job is well done. I have not had any issues so far."
