"The overall result is great and Personal Pride was very willing to work with us on price to make sure we met our budget. I think with all construction projects there can be hiccups along the way. My husband is a perfectionist and on occasions there were some miscommunications but in the end, Personal Pride worked diligently to resolve any issues. I would recommend involvement with the project by asking questions and review work done regularly to ensure your vision matches the contractors.  <br /> I work from home so I was around for the majority of the construction and I felt very comfortable with all the subcontractors used on our project. One note pertaining the subcontractors, on a couple occasions they left the key from the lockbox in our door  in the outside deadbolt which was a minor safety concern for me. This could be because I was home and they didn't feel the need to lock up. Beside that minor issue, all people coming and going in my house were friendly and on time and cleaned up after themselves.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I've had gutters put on this house when I moved in, when it hailed in 2010 and now in 2012 due to hail again. I had other companies the two times before and would not use them again. The guys at Schmidts showed up on time, were very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. They installed new steel gutters and spouts in a few hours and did a great job! They also cleaned up their mess like they were never here and told me if I had any problems call and they'd be back. I would recommend them to anyone in the Mankato area. <br />"
