They were here within 3 working days of my call to schedule. Joe quoted me a special price on the phone. While he wrote his price on day of service. I reminded Joe of his phone quote, and he quickly met that price. I did not have to clean up much at all and they did NOT bring machines into my house, just hoses. There was one scratch on a bedroom dresser, but it cleaned up with wax and furniture stain ( canâ  t see it at all). Joe presented me the various add on services ( mold, insects..,) but did not insist and even recommended not doing one option. I believe I got the best of services for the best of prices."

"They were about an hour late for the appointment, with no apology. One person did the cleaning and checking while the other was <br /> running errands to get different things. I was told that the chimney cap on the flue was ok, but I know that it needed caulking. They said they went on the roof, but I don't think they did.
