I booked the service, he came out but he only worked for 10-15 minutes and he came to the door and he said you don't have the pay because he has an emergency and we'll reschedule. And a week goes and he supposed to come back out with his team and he texts again says that he don't have a team and if he's gonna need to reschedule so we rescheduled again for the 3rd time and when the date comes and I messaged him but he didn't respond.
