"Fast service. We did this job 6 mos ago but I held rating until after air conditioning season. Worked perfectly and the ductless system was both quiet and inexpensive to run. Couldnâ  t be happier"

"He answered his own phone. I was surprised because no one does that anymore. He came out the next day and fixed both of my toilets and didn’t charge and arm and a leg. I am so happy with his company’s work that when I’m ready for the walk in shower I will be using Jim again"

"Job was done very quickly"

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"We could not be happier with Brandon's work, punctuality, cleanliness, personality, communication, honesty, pricing, and overall character. We actually had contracted to do some extra work for a few thousand. Day 1 of the job, Brandon calls to let us know that we do not need to do the work as he took the time and effort to get other opinions on the installation of a beam. Again, character. He could have easily installed, but he took the time to do right by his customer and that, in our experience, is essentially unheard of. The work he completed for us-on schedule-was more than we could have hoped for. He really does great work, listens to the customer (we are guilty of making many changes and talking far too much), but Brandon is beyond patient and willing to work with you. If you are looking to remodel a kitchen, bath, or in general, look no further than Superior. You are hiring someone who truly cares about his work and the customer. Rare in any business these days. We will definitely hire Brandon when the time comes for our next project-no hesitation."

"This company has been awesome. I am a Worcester resident and have no clue about heating systems. David Clay and his team came out to look at my boiler. It was not firing. Winter is fast approaching. David provided a free estimate and also encouraged me to look at quotes from other competitors. I did. And his pricing was best aligned with my budget. His quality of work is amazing. David and his technicians fielded all my questions- I had many. Their customer service is amazing as they had all the patience and courtesy to educate me about the work and boiler systems. My experience as a customer is that Clay Plumbing Heating offers the best quality, professional craftsmanship, best client service, and at the best rates."

"The job was finished on time and within the agreed price range. They even did a little extra finish work without charging extra, It was a condo with many building regulations concerning remodeling. There were no building issues, and they cleaned up all debris."

"Went very well definitely going to hire again for any issues that might arise"
