She told us she would be there soon, so he waited for her and completed the job. He also found a ventilation hole that was too big -it would allow a mouse to go inside, so he will fix that (as a separately billed service, which is appropriate). He also found a termite problem and he really put my interests first by suggesting that I find the previous technician who sprayed the property as the termite issue should be covered by their previous warranty.
