Dave stood out & as soon as I met him I knew he was the one for the job! He is punctual, makes you feel comfortable & takes pride in his work! He was so patient with me & made me feel at ease with the decisions I made for this project. His communication is excellent & goes above & beyond for his customers. He even (last min request) painted our eye soar of a shed at no extra cost & even offered to come back to hang our new shutters when they arrive even though days/weeks after he finished painting our house!He is honest, sincere, quick & neat worker. "It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. "I found James Townsley on this site and he is local and has excellent reviews.  I was looking for a roofer to inspect my roof  and I spoke with Jim on late Friday.  Jim was available on a weekend and he inspected my roof on Saturday morning.  Jim took his time understanding my concerns regarding my roof, and he answered all my questions patiently.  Jim took pictures of the repairs he was recommending that would extend the life of my roof.  He was very thorough with his inspection.  On Monday Jim was available and he repaired all the items we agreed on and sent me the after photos.  I have yet to check the roof during daylight but from the photos the repair work looks very good.   Jim is easy to talk to and work with and he is prompt.  I like that he is local also.  But importantly Jim is skilled and knows his craft very well.  I felt very comfortable listening to his explanations for the repair work. <br />"
