"I have used Supreme Electric for a variety of electrical services for over 2 years â replacing outlets to support new wall A/C units, replacing a damaged outlet, replacing a light fixture, upgrading my circuit panel and most recently installing a bathroom ventilation fan another electrician said could not be done. I was also provided assistance finding a carpenter to vent the fan out of my attic and I am considering future installation of a generator. Michael is always pleasant, professional and respectful and the quality of work is excellent. He explains exactly what is needed, prices are reasonable, he communicates clearly and promptly as work is being planned and he is always on time for scheduled work. "Jeremy was very enthusiastic about this project.  He had great ideas about lighting design, advice for AV setup, and ways to keep costs down without sacrificing overall quality.  He was able to offer creative suggestions, listen to concerns, and adapt his ideas to fit those concerns.  The original plan did not include rewiring the basement.  He pointed out a number of safety issues.  Even though it added significantly to the cost, he brought the basement up to code, and we are glad we did it.  Everything works better and it is safe.  The lighting work ended up being significantly cheaper because he believed we did not need nearly as many lights as we originally planned.  As I look at our completed project, he was right.  The lighting is perfect.  We also had a request to put the center channel speaker in an unusual location.  He voiced his concern, but agreed to do what we wanted.  Again, he was right.  It sounded terrible.  He moved the speaker to right spot (which required some rewiring) with no fuss.  It sounds fantastic.  I would highly recommend Sound Electric."

"I thought I would take advantage of the offer for $49 for $150 worth of electrical time. Very responsive office. Guy showed up in a company truck in uniform so I had high hopes. Spent all of his time trying to figure out why my pool heater didn't turn on only to end up telling me I needed to buy a new controller board. Never got to fixing my pool lights. Also realize now looking at the original Angies ad that I was supposed to receive a "whole house inspection". Never happened. 
My guess is that this operation hires whoever they can for local jobs and dresses them up in uniforms and sends them out in company trucks. They are trying hard in the front office but it's not the same as having full time employees who are accountable. However, I fully admit that I do not know this to be the case. Could have just been the guy who I had.
