"I wish they had a 10 rating. PLEASE read this before you choose a pest control company. I had a little problem with mice. Now the mice weren't in the attic or foundation, but one of my cute little kitties was bringing them in as gifts for me. Four within a matter of minutes. All alive!!!! I always pick 3 companies when I need something done. I had two come out and Pestcal was the third. Now, you have to understand, unfortunately, when many contractors come to the house and see a little old lady, they think they can take advantage of her. The first company that come out, and they have great ratings here, told me I had rats in the attic, that there were droppings every- where in my house and that the job would cost $6,000. The second company came out and I was told the attic was fine, no problems up there but I had several areas in the foundation that needed fixing. To do the whole job would be $2,500. Then came the third company, Pestcal. Norman was great!! He actually checked the attic, not just poked his head in....no problem up there. Then he checked the perimeter outside...couldn't find any issues out there either. He said there were a couple of areas that could use some attention, but nothing major. Maybe a couple of hundred dollars. FINALLY, AN HONEST COMPANY!!!! Their priority is doing the right thing for the customer. This is the kind of company you want to hire for any work you need done at your home. I'm not going to name the other companies for several reasons, but I don't think Yelp allows that. I just want to reassure you that this is a legitimate review. As you can see by the other reviews the customers are extremely happy with Pestcal."

"Aaron and his co-worker arrived at the specified time, both very polite and got right to work. I was told attic work would take about 2 hours, and was spot on. The outside work about 3+hours, again the correct estimate. All work on the original itemized proposal was done, and was shown one of the difficult repair and explained, the only reason I noticed this repair is that I did not have touch-up paint, which they offered to do had I had some, my loss. Total experience was outstanding and they said they would follow-up in a year with my automatic 2year warranty. The office followed up to ask if all work done and if satisfied with the service. I will be calling them again for work on a rental I own. "
