"I couldn’t be more pleased with the TPO flat roof installation completed by ARHT Solutions! I got my shingles replaced by a different company, but the company didn't do work on the rolling roof. As a result, I ended up getting some leaks and hire a different company to address the problem. I got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with ARHT because of their track record and fair price for the job. From start to finish, the ARHT team was professional, organized, and efficient. We were able to get get the estimate, draw up a contract and get financed in about two hours. After a brief wait for the weather to warm up a bit, I was able to get the new TPO flat roof system and gutters installed in just about two weeks. I really like that ARHT doesn't outsource their labor - the roofer who completed the job, Juan, was directly trained and employed by ARHT. Juan arrived on time, worked diligently, and impressively completed the job in just one day. He kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring I understood the progress and timeline. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also left the site spotless before leaving. "Three owners in my town home row had their roofs replaced by Seneca Creek at the same time. Two crews arrived on the date promised and all three roofs were installed over the course of a day and a half. The crew foreman was very helpful in answering my questions as the job progressed. And the new roof looks great! Gives me piece of mind going forward. Most impressive was the clean up afterward. I really should have taken pictures of the before and after scene! The excellent cleanup was especially appreciated given that this is a town house community."

"It couldn't have gone better. Mr. Taylor contacted me, as soon as I submitted my job request. We agreed on a date and time. Mr. Taylor arrived on time and explained what would be involved in installing the recessed lighting. What a fantastic job!! I decided to include my kitchen at the last minute and Mr. Taylor agreed, even though it required him to make a special trip to Home Depot. I could not be happier with the job. I would recommend recessed lighting (Love, Love, Love these lights) and Mr. Taylor any time. He will be my go to electrical guy from now on."

"After doing a lot of research for the right remodeler, we decided to contract Zenith Kitchen and Bath to remodel our bathrooms. We worked with Eva, their design consultant and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She took the time to understand our requirements and preferences and came up with the beautiful design for the bathrooms. Her suggestions were spot on and Eva was able to source the materials quickly and they were able to start the work as promised. The workers were very professional, considerate, respectful and did a fantastic job! Our construction manager, Cetin , visited regularly to see how things were progressing and address any concerns we had. We made a few changes along the way and they were able to accommodate them easily. They were able to finish our bathroom remodel in five weeks, and they turned out beautiful!! It was an absolute pleasure to work everyone from Zenith Kitchen and Bath and we highly recommend them!"

"This review is a bit overdue. Had new doors and windows installed in early 2021. I had a very good experience with this company and with Mr. Edward Dunn. He was very prompt in answering all my questions and also patient as he worked with me while I tried to decide among the various options for doors and windows. I felt he offered me very fair and reasonable prices compared to some other quotes I received. Am especially grateful for him even considering my business since my order was quite small, and I have been finding that, esp. during COVID times, many companies won't consider the 'smaller jobs.' There were a few problems during installation (one wrong window size, flaw in a door screen), but Mr. Dunn promptly addressed these and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I absolutely love my new windows and doors. Oh and the installers were fantastic. Really nice guys. Did outstanding, beautiful work and didn't leave a mess. I am all around very, very happy I chose this company."

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."
