"The AQM product did a great job of killing off the remaining Mold that was next to impossible to get to. It was in carpet, and under some cabinets. There is no longer any issues, and all the people in the Apartment are healthy again. Have also used a number of OdorXit Products in our aging parents house. We had to remove paneling and ceiling tile and spray the frame structure with the Mold killing product. Parents report that they are feeling better, and no longer notice the old / moldy smells. "Knowing I was in town just for a few days, they put me quickly on the schedule to clean the house on a Tuesday.  During the cleaning, one of the cleaners called me and asked if we really needed a more thorough cleaning.  They mentioned it would cost a little more than the $320 estimate.  I was thinking an extra $100, but it took two persons 7 hours (14 manhours) to clean the house as best it could be done in one day.  That increased the cost of cleaning from $320 to $560.  They cleaned out the fireplace, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  They were also able to clean the carpet (to include pre-treat a spot) at a cost of $73 (well work it; a good cleaning of the carpet).  Total cost for the day was $633.  Overall, the job was done well, and I would hire them again.  The owner and her reps were very responsive and helped us out a great deal by fitting us into their schedule."

"They pulled up the carpet in the hall. They put down blowers. It took 4 days to get things dried up. They were efficient and they answered my questions. Everyone that came out here was courteous. I was very happy with them. I think the price was fair and the quality was good. I called them and after 3 days I still had not heard back, so I had to call them again. Once I got a hold of them, they were here with in an hour and have been punctual since. I would use them again. They are going to pack everything and move it outside, then move it back in, and unpack it for me."
