The visit was very thorough and Jim was very responsive to my many (many!) questions concerning their proposed treatment, chemicals used, and what I can do independantly to discourage Brown Recluses from entering my home's living quarters. Jim told me that my home actually did not need the highest cost treatment (2 other companies did) and he was very supportive / understanding of my concerns. I finally decided to not proceed with treatment at this time, however if that changes in the future, I will be hiring All-American Pest Control."

A search outside with flashlights in hand revealed two skunks who decided to mate in our condenser. We called Critter Control and they were out later that morning. The trapper indicated animals had taken up residence in our crawl space, determined the likely point of entry, and set up traps accordingly. She was knowledgeable and professional; checking the traps regularly and communicating with my wife. She offered some remediation options, but it was not a pushy upsell.
