"Not well, the owner had very poor communication skills! I called to arrange an appointment and never heard back from any personal of the company. Then two weeks after that call, the owner (Craig) and two employees randomly showed up with their equipment. They just started work in my backyard without confirmation that I still needed/ or wanted the work completed. I was alerted to this, by the loud noise of machinery. I looked out my window and saw a huge tractor in my backyard. I went outside immediately and spoke with Craig asking why he was here? Craig reminded me that I had left a message for the work to be completed. I reminded him I never heard back from anyone and no longer needed the services. They then proceeded to load up all of thier equipment. The whole situation was very unprofessional and bizarre! <br />"

"Great! They were on time and they were really reasonably priced. We actually wound up having to call them back out a second time because we didn't know there were two leaks in two separate areas. They did an amazing job. We'll call them for all of our plumbing needs in the future."

"When they are out doing fertilization, I notice that other yards around mine are greener. I pay them to come out six times a year so I wouldn't mind having some unsolicited feedback from them on the condition of my yard. There are a lot of bare spots that I notice. They could mention it and figure out how to remedy it."
