"Jim called me the day before to confirm, Austin and Lee were on time and cheerful. Lee explained the process thoroughly and told me what to expect as far as drying time, etc. Offered me Scotchbrite type protection, but no pressure. They cleaned a large area rug, front porch wall to wall and wall to wall in an apartment on property. Would definitely use them again."

"Everything went very well. The company was very responsive to a voice message asking for a call back to discuss setting up an appointment to clean the sofa bed and recliners. The pricing was a bit higher than some other companies, but they had a fixed price list that took all the guess work out of the pricing process. This also meant that we would not be subject to "upselling" for additional services when the work was being done. There was no "bait and switch" pricing or "upselling" pressure from this company. This was greatly appreciated. The cleaning was professionally done, we were pleased with the result, and would definitely use them again."
