Early Spring, they rehab’d the paver driveway, straightening bricks, etc. back to new status (installed 17 yrs. ago). They recently repaired the back deck masonary-bricked at a great saving, financially and in time. (Frank dignosed the source of the problem causing the bricks to shift & ameliorated the drainage issue at the time of the deck rehab. The deck bricks had tilted up against the house - others claimed the issue was due to settling/aging & suggested tearing out/replacing the deck!) in addition, Emerald Bloom’s lawn maintenance service is the best we’ve had. High recommendations for Emerald Bloom services."

From start to finish everything was perfect - I cannot remember the last time I said that about any contractor.  They started and finished on time even though we had bad storms moving through the area multiple times.  The owner, Roger is extremely conscientious about the work being done as well as making sure the customer is happy.  The price was more than fare and the end result was beautiful.  The crew was very polite and very neat and VERY hard working.  It is obvious throughout the whole process that Roger takes pride in his work and it looks like it.  I wish I could remember all of the little things that Rodger and his crew did that were not in the contract and not required but they paid attention to every detail!!  We already have an estimate for more work next spring and told Roger to expect a call.  I only wish that Roger did interior work as well because he is a perfectionist and a pleasure to work with. <br />"

"I contacted Peggy Castle to clean and apply sealant to my brick pavers.  On the day of application, she called me to let me know what time she would be arriving.  Peggy and her assistant Alex were here for two days.  On the first day, she thoroughly cleaned the brick pavers, and on the second day she applied a matte finish clear seal to the hardscapes.  I have Unilock Stonehenge pavers which are larger bricks that are dimpled.  Peggy did a beautiful job of completely covering the patios, walkways and stoops.  The bricks look as if they are new.  There were no areas of the pavers left uncovered, even the dimples in the bricks were well covered.  Peggy applied 2 coats of sealant to the bricks which enhanced the original color.  Even the neighbors commented on how well the bricks stood out after she completed the job.  I would not hesitate to use Peggy again.  In fact, last year she applied polymeric sand to the pavers and did an exceptional job.  Peggy is indeed a professional in every sense of the word.  She is punctual, knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and very easy to work with.  Her assistant Alex is also a hard working young man.  I definitely plan to use Peggy again and I will reccomend her to family and friends.  Thanks, Peggy for a job well done!!"

(Removing of existing landscaping, hardscaping, planning) Promised to follow up with references to other vendors she recommended to do the work but never heard from her again. <br />"
