"One word can describe Roger, his crew, and their work -AWESOME!!!   From start to finish Roger and his team where very <br /> accommodating even when hiccups occurred.   After the deck was torn off, we discovered there was a lot of wood rot that would need to be repaired before the steps were completed.  Roger and his team completed as much of the patio and steps as they could, then once the wood was repaired six days laterby a handyman they came back to finish the job and put flashing to make sure it wouldn?t happen again.  Roger and his team are extremely conscious about the work being done as well as making sure the customer is happy.  An hour after they finished (and most of the next week) there was a lot of heavy rain and some of the locking sand did not completely dry and was washed away between the pavers on the steps.  I called Roger and asked for some sand to put into the gaps on the steps, they came out and reapplied a new layer on top of the whole patio as well as filled in all the gaps on the steps.  The sand is now dry, locked and looks great.  Everyone was very nice and very hard working, at the end of each day everything was cleaned up and hauled away.  They went above and beyond what was in the contract - installing a underground drain pipe leading about 30 feet away from downspout that was draining under the deck, Installing new sod and mulch around the patio...even providing mulch to cover existing beds to hide the dust created from cutting the pavers.   Very happy with the results, they went above and beyond for the price we paid.  Will definitely have roger and his crew out to do some other projects this fall or next spring <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Project went very well. Raise-Rite definitely was more thorough than others who gave estimates. I was concerned about one area, but Raise-Rite looked at the entire walkway - and I could see where the other sections were uneven. Other vendors did not notice this. Months later we are very happy - wish we had done it years ago. Strangely, it feels like a new walkway. Good contact with company, workers kept the area clean with this messy job, and explained after-work procedures - i.e. do not walk on for x amount of time."

"What an amazing experience - A++. Kerry really goes the extra mile. Right from the start they were responsive and timely. Met my daughter to provide a quote and stopped by a few days later for an introduction and one on one time to follow up. Stayed in contact while we waited for our start date. The workers showed up bright and early and worked till the job was done. The final product looked outstanding. Came by day 2 for a walk through and thouch up a few things that they were not hired for. Clean up was nicely done, not a nail left on the property. Dumpster out of the drive the next day, like they were never there. They really know their stuff and you definitely feel you get your moneys worth.
