"Avoid this company at all costs?.over priced front door. Installed incorrectly, wrong color, not what I wanted from the get go?to cut costs, they changed from a fiberglass door to a steel door (which caused a problem due to southern exposure & door becoming extremely hot to the point of burning fingers) & changed the colors. Door had drafts as not hung correctly. Came back & corrected the type of door to fiberglass (at an additional cost), corrected the colors, tried to correct the door so there were no drafts, but the door creaks & squeaks & it drives me crazy. No amount of WD-40 or silicone spray helps. Emailed the company about correcting this with no response whatsoever."

"Davos was sent by Lowe's install. After installation storm door did not close properly. J-channel not attached to house. oak handrail and balusters not installed properly. Both handrail and storm door had to be removed as they were damaged beyond repair and new storm door and handrail with balusters installed by different contractor. Everything that they did had to be redone by different company. We will not be using Lowe's install again."
