"I was disappointed that he arrived late because as he said "he forgot". If he is tech savvy enough to use Apple Pay (which was really great firme) the one would think he should be able to set reminders for his appointments so he doesn't forget. I now seem to be having issues with my water heater and I'm vacillating about calling him again?"
