She was very friendly, and fixed my couch in a quick and efficient manner. I am thrilled that I don’t have to buy a new sofa. Below are the before and after pics. "Excellent Service! I highly recommend these guys for Carpet cleaning. I need to have 3 bedrooms cleaned and one had pet odors from Foster Kittens the carpets now look brand new. Vladimir was super professional, quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. I will be using them again. Very reasonably priced as well, I paid $193 for 3 rooms, one full room and 2 rooms around furniture and that included the pet treatment! Awesome price and service."

"They came on time and picked up the two rugs.  I haven't unrolled one of them--it's too big and I don't have a place to put it.  The other rug had stripes in it from the cleaning (not stains) and they were not able to get all of the pet stains out.  To be fair, they did tell me they might not be able to get them all out.  It took them much longer than I think it should have--more than two months.  I had to call them about bringing the rugs back, and I think they had overlooked them or put them on the back burner, because I still had to wait even longer to get them back.  I suspect the stripes were caused because the one rug was still slightly damp when they rolled it up.  I can't open the other rug--it's too heavy for me, and I am anxious about what I will find when I do.  The big rug originally cost $18K.  There are other highly rated cleaners and I won't use this company again. <br /> NOTE:  I am not sure about when the services were provided because I was moving from one house to another and couldn't find the paper work. <br />"

"First, the office manager was very nice and professional. She provided estimated quotes. However, note this depends on the degree of cleaning needed. The gentleman who cleaned our upholstrey was excellent, professional, and friendly. He provided a 30 minute curtiosty call. Great guy! Price was great for a section and 4 dining chairs. We will definitely hire again for future needs; as they also clean carpet, tile, etc. Our couch smells awesome! Thank you to The Steamery!"
