Get matched with top bathtub installers and replacers in Winchendon, MA

"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

"Damien arrived on time, was very hard working, charged an exceptionally fair price, and did an outstanding job. When he left, everything was spotless. He replaced a kitchen faucet, installed a new bathroom faucet/shower head, fixed a running toilet, and even showed me what to use on stubborn hard water stains that I was unable to remove with all the usual methods. We also had him install a second hose for the backyard and replace the existing outdoor spigot. When we redo our bathroom, we will definitely call Damien."

"Found several leaks and repaired them. Installed new sink and toilet in 1/2 bath after carpenters replaced flooring. Worked very well coordinating with contractor replacing floor, ceiling and vanity."

"Long Baths is simply great. They installed the shower of my dream that through no fault of their own succumbed to a manufactures defect. Chris Reynard and Long Baths worked fast and replaced my shower covered by my warranty at no additional charge. I am thankful to know I worked with a company that stood by their work and lifetime warranty."

"Bathtub is nice. But price was very high"

"Installed 22 new windows, 2 entry doors, and new sliding glass door. Outstanding service, price, and installation. Highly recommend."

"very good work. Minor mistake with gutter install (seam was not sealed correctly) but returned promptly to correct. Excellent price to value."

"A+++ Patriot was SUBSTANTIALLY less than all the other quotes I received. I wish we called them first! The remodeling project exceeded all expectations, transforming the bathroom into a stunning, modern space. The old bathtub, which had been in use for 25 years, was becoming increasingly difficult for a 90-year-old to navigate due to its high step. Now, thanks to the thoughtful renovation, there is a comfortable and easily accessible shower that allows me to sit down and enjoy the experience without any struggle. The new design is not only beautiful but also incredibly functional, making my daily routine much more enjoyable and safe."
