Jose and his small crew (3 others) showed up at the scheduled time and were most professional and courteous. Jose was extremely prompt in returning phone calls, answering emails, addressing minor questions-concerns and getting the job done with short notice. Highly recommend with no reservations."

"I contacted five tree removal companies to provide an estimate. The Greentree guy (I am sorry he verbally told me his name, but I have forgotten it).I provided him with my list of what exactly I wanted done and I accompanied him around the yard pointing out the trees and discussing the job. He seemed to know what he was talking about and provided me with what I thought was useful information. When we were finished, he verbally gave me an estimate and gave me some information about Greentree's schedule and openings. I thanked him for his time and he left. The estimate he gave me was the lowest estimate I received, however it was not written down nor did he provide me with any supporting paperwork like all the rest. It may just be me but I was someone uncomfortable with this approach to business. It may have worked out perfectly well if I had decided to go with Greentree, and maybe they are so busy they don't need to be more business like. In any case, despite the low estimate, I was just not comfortable with Greentree. Other's may feel differently."

The crew arrived a half hour early on the appointed day, and performed the work in a very efficient and professional manner. They did some extra work while here for a reasonable price. "When I emailed Pro Arbor, they contacted me by phone within a few hours and scheduled their arborist, Adam, to come the next business day. Adam arrived a few minutes early, which was wonderful, and looked carefully at each of our three large trees in the front yard. He then explained the issues with each tree and made suggestions for each one for now and for the future. He arranged to do the work two days later. Adam himself showed up with the crew right on time on the service day, and he introduced me to all of the crew members. The guys worked quickly and carefully, and when they were done, they showed me exactly what they'd done to each tree and what we should think about next time they come. When the invoice came, it didn't reflect a discount I'd purchased via Angie's list, but Alice fixed the problem within hours. Their emails, telephone calls, and in-person contacts were among the most professional I've ever encountered with home-services providers. I will definitely be calling them in a few years to trim our trees again. Working with them was simply a terrific experience.

"I called Dan on a Saturday, expecting a return call on Monday. He called back on Sunday and alos came out on Sunday to look at the project and offer a quote and on Wednesday, he and his crew completed the rather big job. No fuss no muss! I only had a few small branches to pick up, but his crew pretty much got it all and even came back 1 more time to do some final trimming that I wanted at no charge. Good guy and good service."

"I had 4 large dead trees removed from around my house. They were prompt to come give me an estimate and were out the following week. They did an excellent job taking down the trees and cleaning up the mess. The offered stump removal for a separate fee but I have not done that yet."
