Youssef helped me figure out the design and had some great ideas that made everything look even better than I imagined. Fifteen. That's how many days it is until August 1, which, according to a customer-service rep, is listed in my file as the ETA for those parts. (But, of course, I haven't been able to speak to anyone in a position to explain why it's taking four weeks to get parts.) Eighty-six. That's how many degrees it is in my house each afternoon."
