I have been customer for many years, but recently had been dissatisfied regarding the time it took to schedule service after sending in my payment. Since that review, Jacob, the owner of the company, called me and took the time to explain his company's position, which no one had done whenever I previously voiced my concerns to office personnel. He agreed that the communication with customers could improve on that issue, and he is working to make that happen. After my conversation with Jacob, I realized that part of my dissatisfaction was just a misunderstanding on my part as to what is supposed to be done. Jacob was willing to work with me to get things right and to keep my business. I am completely satisfied with the outcome, and I am happy to continue to be a customer of Arrow Pest Control. His actions made it apparent that he cares about his customers and of the reputation of his business. "Owner answered when I called and was very patient answering all my questions. We had just moved into a house and there seemed to be a flea infestation in the backyard. His son came out to perform the work right on schedule. They could not guarantee the flea treatment because it could be coming from a neighbors yard. He said that when he left every flea on the lawn would be dead. We kept our dog inside for 4 hours and when we let her out she immediately had fleas on her. I was disappointed, but also understand that it is beyond the exterminators control. I am happy to report that the roach problem seems to be resolved. Very professional and punctual."
